Signature campaign against Indian Trawler’s invasion ,උතුරේ අනවසරෙන් සිදුවන ඉන්දීය ට්‍රෝලින් ආක්‍රමණය එරෙහිව දියත් කරන මහජන අත්සන් ව්‍යාපාරය,வடக்கில் சட்ட விரோதமாக நடைபெறும் இந்திய இழுவைமடி ஆக்கிரமிப்புக்கு எதிராக மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் மக்கள் கையொப்ப முயற்சி, 2021.12.01

 

National
Fisheries Solidarity Movement has taken various steps toward to find solutions
for the issue of Indian trawlers organizing conversations among the people,
educating public, organizing media briefings as well as it convinced this
issues to the government authorities and politicians as well. 

Not
only that but also, National Fisheries Solidarity Movement organized a
signature campaign against the invasion of the Indian trawlers into the Sri
Lankan territory of the sea. This campaign is organized to highlight the
importance of the issue and convince the relevant authorities as well as to
file  a court case in accordance with
destruction of the trawling from 1 to 4 December, 2021. The signature campaign
is held in Jaffna, Killinochchi, Mannar and Mullathive districts. According to
the campaign, signature campaign was conducted taking signatures from the
people to the petition at the junction of Nachchikuda in Poonagari AGA
division, Killinochchi on Wednesday in December, 2021.

Unity participated in the signature campaign today. This campaign has been
planned to organize in Mannar district on 2, Mullathive 3 and final day of the
campaign will be held in Jaffna district. The people in the north have been
living with the pressure of social, economic and political situation within
three decades of the war and even after the war.  Most of people have been affected due to the
war in the country. In the meantime, Indian trawlers also migrate to the Sri
Lankan sea to grab the resource by using destructive fishing gear call bottom
trawling. The Indian trawlers come to the Sri Lankan sea in the north within 3
or 5  days per week. The existing
government or former governments failed to provide a proper solution for this
issue. According to the situation, National Fisheries Solidarity Movement and
North Province Fisher People Unity organize this campaign focusing to hand over
a petition to the president, chief of justice and fisheries minster with a
purpose of finding proper solution. As well as, it has planned to file a court
case against the authorities to implement the existing law related to this
issue before the Supreme Court in December, 2021.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරය විසින් උතුරේ ඉන්දීය ට්‍රෝලින් ආක්‍රමණය පිළිබඳව දිගින් දිගටම සංවාදයේ යෙදෙමින්ල ජනතාව දැනුවත් කරිමින්ල මාධ්‍ය සාකච්ඡා පවත්වමින්ල මෙම ගැටලුව පිළිබඳව රාජ්‍යය යාන්ත්‍රණය මෙන්ම දේශපාලන යාන්ත්‍රණය දැනුවත් කරන්නට කටයුතු කළේ යග එයින් නොනැවතුණු මෙම අර්බුදයේ බරපතල පිළිබඳව තවදුරටත් අවබෝධ කරලීම උදෙසා 2021 දෙසැම්බර් මස 01 දින සිට 04 වන දින දක්වා උතුරේ සිදු කරන අනවසර ඉන්දීය ට්‍රෝලින් ආක්‍රමණයට විරෝධය පාමින් ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ විසින් යාපනයලකිලිනොච්චියල මන්නාරමල මුලතිව් ආදී ප්‍රදේශවල මහජන අත්සන් ව්‍යාපාරයක් දියත් කර ඇතග ඒ අනුව 2021 දෙසැම්බර් මස 01 බදාදා දින කිලිනොච්චි දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ පූනගරි ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයට අයත් නාච්චිකුඩා මන්සන්ධියේ දී මහජන අත්සන් ලබා ගැනීම සිදු වියග ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරය සහ උතුරු පළාත් ධීවරයින්ගේ එකතුව විසින් මහජන අත්සන් ලබා ගැනීම සිදුවිය. 2021 දෙසැම්බර් මස 02 මන්නාරම් දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ද 03 තෙවන දින මුලතිව් දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ද 04 වන දින එනම් අවසාන දින යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ අත්සන් ව්‍යාපාරය සිදු කිරීමට සියල්ල සූදානම් කොට ඇත. අවුරුදු 30 යුද්ධයෙන් බැට කෑ උතුරේ ධීවරයින් සමාජිය ආර්ථික හා දේශපාලන වශයෙන් පීඩනයක එම ජනතාව ජිවත් වේ. එසේ ජිවත් වන විට ඉන්දීට ට්‍රෝලින් අනවසරෙන් විශේෂයෙන් උතුරු පළාතේ අනවසරෙන් සතියට දවස් 03 හෝ 05 පැමිණ උතුරු පළාතේ ට්‍රෝලින්වලින් කරන ධීවර කටයුතු කරන නිසා ධීවරයින් වැඩි වශයෙන් පීඩාවට පත් වේ. මේ ප්‍රශ්නය විසඳීමට විශාල වැඩ කොටසක් කළ බලයේ සිටි හෝ සිටි ආණ්ඩුවට නිසි විසඳුමක් ලබා දීමට නොහැකි වු අතර ඒ නිසා ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරය සහ උතුරු පළාත් ධීවර එකතුව විසින් අත්සන් ව්‍යාපාරය ආරම්භ කරමින් ජනාධිපතිතුමා නීතිපතිතුමා ධිවර ඇමතිවරයාට පෙත්සමක් ලබා දීමට අත්සන් ලබා ගන්නවා සේම දෙසැම්බර් මස ශ්‍රේෂ්ධාධිකරණයේදී නඩුවක් ගොනු කිරීමට ද නියමිත ය. මේ සඳහා බොහෝ දෙනෙක් අත්සන් ලබා ගත් ගම්මානවලට ගොස් අත්සන් ලබා ගැනීම සිදු වු අතර අද දින (2021 දෙසැම්බර් 01) සවස් කාලය දක්වා සිදු කිරීමට නියමිතයි.

 தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு மூலம் வடக்கில் இந்திய இழுவைமடி ஆக்கிரமிப்பு தொடர்பாக தொடர்ந்து கருத்து பகிர்வில் ஈடுபட்டு மக்களை அறிவுறுத்தி ஊடக கலந்துரையாடல்களை நடாத்தி இந்த பிரச்சினை தொடர்பாக அரச பொறிமுனை போலவே அரசியல் பொறிமுறைகளை அறிவுறுத்தும் செயலில் ஈடுபட்டனர். தொடர்ந்து இந்த பிரச்சினையின் பாதிப்பு தொடர்பாக மேலும் தெளிவுபடுத்துவதற்காக 01.12.2021 ம் திகதி முதல் 04ம் திகதிவரை வடக்கில் நடாத்தும் சட்டவிரோத இந்திய இழுவைமடி ஆக்கிரமிப்புக்கு எதிராக தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் மூலம் யாழ்ப்பாணம், கிளிநொச்சி, மன்னார், முல்லைத்தீவு ஆகிய பிரதேசங்களில் மக்கள் கையொப்ப முயற்சி ஒன்று நடைபெற்றது. தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் மற்றும் வட மாகாண மீனவர் ஒன்றியம் மூலம் மக்கள் கையொப்பங்கள் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட்டன. 02.12.2021 ல் மன்னார் மாவட்டத்திலும் 03ம் திகதி முல்லைத்தீவு மாவட்டத்திலும் 04ம் திகதி யாழ் மாவட்டத்திலும் இந்த செயற்பாட்டை நடாத்துவதற்கு அனைத்து ஆயத்தங்களும் தயார் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. 30 வருடம் யுத்தத்தினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட வடக்கு மீனவர்கள் சமூக, பொருளாதார, மற்றும் அரசியல் துறைகளிலும் பல இன்னல்களுக்கு முகம் கொடுத்து வாழ்கின்றனர். இவ்வாறு இருக்கும் போது இந்திய இழுவை- -மடிகள் வட மாகாணத்தில் அனுமதியின்றி ஒரு வாரத்தில் 03 அல்லது 05 நாட்கள் வந்து வட மாகாணத்தில்  இழுவைமடி ஊடாக மீனவ தொழிலில் ஈடுபடுவதனால் மீனவர்கள் மிகவும் துன்பப்பட்டனர் இந்த பிரச்சினையை தீர்ப்பதற்கு ஆட்சியில் இருந்த அரசுக்கு ஏற்ற முடிவொன்று கொடுக்க முடியாமல் போனதோடு அது தொடர்பாக தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் மற்றும் வட மாகாண மீனவ ஒன்றியம் மூலம் கையொப்ப முயற்சியை ஆரம்பித்து ஜனாதிபதி, சட்டமாதிகாரி, மீனவ அமைச்சர் ஆகியோருக்கு கையொப்ப மகஜர் ஒன்றை பெற்றுக்கொடுப்பதோடு மார்கழி மாதம் உயர்நீதி மன்றத்தில் ஒரு வழக்கு தொடுக்கப்படும். இது தொடர்பாக பல மக்கள் கையொப்பம் பெற்றுக் கொடுத்ததோடு கிராம ரீதியாக சென்று இன்று (01.12.2021) பின்நேரம் வரை இந்த செயற்பாடு நடைபெறும்.
