National Fisheries Solidarity Movement assisted 17 women
headed families under the Mission Inclusion project in order to develop
appropriate income generation activities of the women in Batticaloa district.
Batticaloa District Fisheries Solidarity facilitated the project in the
district. It supported to develop goat farming and sewing of the women. The
women have succeeded their business and earn income.
