ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ වාර්ෂික ඇගයීම ………………….Annual Evaluation
2020 ජනවාරි 27 පළමු දින
මෙම අවස්ථාව සදහා අම්පාර, මුලතිව්, කිලිනොච්චිය, මඩකලපුව, ත‍්‍රිීකුණාමලය, මන්නාරම, යාපනය, මීගමුව, ගාල්ල, කළුතර, මාතර, පුත්තලම, කුරුණෑගල සහ පොළොන්නරුව යන දිස්ත‍්‍රිවලින් 51 සහභාගි වූහ.
ප‍්‍රථමයෙන් ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ පරිපාලන ලේකම් ප‍්‍රදීප් වනිගසූරිය මහතා විසින් තෙදිනක් පුරාවටම සිදු කරන්නට නියමිත ඇගයීමේ ක‍්‍රියාවලිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී පැහැදිලි කරන ලදී.
පුද්ගල කේන්ද්‍රීය ඇගයීම හා නිරීක්‍ෂණ යටතේ එක් එක් අය විසින් සම්පූර්ණ කරන ලද ඇගයීම් පත‍්‍රිකාව විශ්ලේෂණය කර එහි දත්ත සම්බන්ධයෙන් විග‍්‍රහයක හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා ඒ මහතා යෙදෙන්නට විය. මාතෘකා ගණනාවක් යටතේ විශ්ලේෂණයක යෙදුණු අතර එක් එක් කරුණ යටතේ සහභාගිකයින් විසින් ලබා දුන් ලකුණු පදනම් කරගෙන මෙම විග‍්‍රහය ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ ජාතික කැදවුම්කාරතුමන් විසින් සිදු කළේය.
දිස්ත‍්‍රික්ක වශයෙන් බෙදා ඇගයීම් කරුණු සම්බන්ධයෙන් කළ විශ්ලේෂණය කොතරම් සාධාරණදැයි සාකච්ඡා කණ්ඩායම් තුළ කළහ. ඉන්පසුව කැදවුම්කාරතුමන් විසින් පසුව නියමිත ඇගයීම් ක‍්‍රියාවලියේ පසු වැඩ වශයෙන් ලබා දෙන ලදී. එහිදි වහාම නතර කළ යුතු සහ වහාම ආරම්භ කළ යුතු 2020 හමාර වීමට පෙර නතර කළ යුතු සහ ආරම්භ යුතු සහ අඛණ්ඩව ක‍්‍රියාත්මක කළ යුතු කරුණු මොනවාද යන්න සම්බන්ධයෙන් සටහන් කරන ලෙස දන්වා සිටියේ ය.
First Day of the program
held in 27 to29 January 2020 at training Centre of the NAFSO. 51 participants
from Ampara, Mutative, Kilinochchi, Batticaloa, Manner, Trincomalee, Jaffna,
Negombo, Galle, Kaluthara, Mathara, Puttalam, Kurunegala attended for this
workshop. Mr.Pradeep Wanigasooriya administrative secretary of NAFSO conducted
the welcome speech and explain the objective of the workshop.
NAFSO, presented the analyzed the self-evaluation. Based marks given by the
NAFSO staff on various topics he presented his analysis.
to groups based on the district basic to further the discussed self-evaluation
process. Mr.Herman Kumara then gave a exercised for the participants further
the analyzed the activates that should continue or discontinue he requested the
participants to submit to views in relation to exercised before end of 2020.
The discussion of the second day comments
based on a video films on the displeased people as a result of National Physical
Plane.
Perera conducted a session on the SWOT analysis. This analysis was conducted
based on the district activities and also based on the NAFSO secretariat
office.

ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ වාර්ෂීක ඇගයිම් කි‍්‍රයාවලියේ තෙවන දිනය හෙවත් අවසන් දිනයේ ප‍්‍රථමයෙන් Bread for the world වැඩසටහනේ ඇගයීම සිදු කරන ලදී.
1.ග‍්‍රාමීය මට්ටමේ ගෙවතු වගා කාබනික ගෙවතු පිළිබදව නීරහරිත උයනේ පැවති පුහුණුව
2. ග‍්‍රාමීය මට්ටමේ ප‍්‍රජා කණ්ඩායම් මගින් අධ්‍යාපන වැඩසටහන් හරහා තිරසර පරිසර කළමනාකරණය
3. ඉඩම් අයිතිය වෙනුවෙන් අත්සන් 10000 ලබා ගැනීම.
වශයෙන් මාතෘතා කිහිපයක් යටතේ එම ව්‍යාපෘතියේ බලපෑම සම්බන්ධයෙන් සිදු වු බලපෑම පිළිබදව ඇගයීම සිදු කරන ලදී. ඉන්පසුව එක් එක් දිස්ත‍්‍රික්කවල තරුණ සාමාජිකත්වය වර්ධනය වු ආකාරය සහ එහි වත්මන් තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ලක්සිරි ප‍්‍රනාන්දු මහතා විසින් සාකච්ඡාව ලක් කරන ලදී. සංවිධාන පාලනය පිළිබදව සමාලෝචනය සහ සන්නිවේදනය සම්බන්ධ හා ජාලගතවීම් පිළිබදව ක‍්‍රියාකාරකමක් දිස්ති‍්‍රක්ක වශයෙන් සිදු කළහ.
සමාජ මාධ්‍ය පිළිබදව දිස්ත‍්‍රික් ක‍්‍රියාකාරිත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡුා කළ එක් එක් දිස්ත‍්‍රික්ක සම්බන්ධිකරණ මාධ්‍ය සම්බන්ධයෙන් මෙහිදි අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කළහ. නමුත් ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ දිස්ත‍්‍රික්කවලට අදාළ සමාජ මාධ්‍ය සහ බිලොගර් යාවත්කාලීන ක‍්‍රියාවලිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් එතරම් පැහැදිලිතාවයක් නොමැති බව මෙහිදි මතු වු කරුණක් වන අතර කඩිනමින් එය සිදු කළ යුතු බව මෙහිදි මතු වු අදහස විය.
මූල්‍ය කළමනාකරණය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සහ අදාළ බිල්පත් පියවීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් මූල්‍ය අංශය විසින් සිදු කළ ක‍්‍රියාකාරකමක් මගින් පැහැදිලි කළේ ය. පසුව ඉදිරි වර්ෂය සදහා සැලසුම් සකස් කරන ලදී. පසුව සියලූ ක‍්‍රියාකාරකම් කිරීමෙන් පසුව 2019 ඇගයීම් ක‍්‍රියාවලිය අවසන් කරන ලදී.

conducted session on organizational administration commutation and networking.
Mr.Nuwan Pradeep then conducted the session on social media
and he further the explained how the district staff should maintain the social
media activities such as blogger. It was realized that the district staff has a
limited understating on social media an it was agreed that further the training
his needed for the district staff.
The final session of the 3rd day was conducted by
the financial staff of the NAFSO financial department. Workshop participants,
based on the outcome of the program a further plan for the year 2020 was then
developed.
