Awareness workshop on cooperative system and importance of self-sufficient units| සමුපකාර ක්‍රමය සහ ස්වයංපෝෂිත ඒකකවල වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩමුළුව

An awareness workshop on the cooperative system and the importance of self-sufficient units was held on July 22, 2024, at the office of the Sri Vimukthi Fishermen's Women's Organization. A group of thirty-seven people participated in this event. Mr. Harman Kumara, the convener of the National Fishery Solidarity Movement, spoke about the origins of the cooperative system, its principles, and the process of achieving self-sufficiency.

The coordinator of the Praja Abhilasha Network shared experiences related to the self-sufficiency process and outlined the next steps. The planning and confirmation of these next steps were facilitated by the Sri Vimukthi Coordinator.

Future plans include informing team members using the provided handouts, conducting an analysis to identify local resources, and determining necessary self-employment opportunities. Additionally, the plans involve suggesting the required training to support these initiatives.

 ධීවර කාන්තාශ්‍රී විමුක්ති සංවිධානයේ නායකයින් සඳහා සමුපකාර ක්‍රමය සහ ස්වයංපෝෂිත ඒකකවල වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳව දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩමුළුවක් පවත්වන ලදී. 

මෙම වැඩසටහන 2027 ජූලි මස 22 වන දින එම සංවිධාන කාර්යාලයේදී පවත්වන ලද අතර මේ සඳහා 37 දෙනෙකුගෙන් යුත් කණ්ඩායමක් සහභාගි වූහ. සමූපාකාර ක්‍රමයේ ආරම්භය විකාශනය සහ එහි මූලධර්මයන් පිළිබඳවත්, ස්වයංපෝෂිත ක්‍රියාවලිය පිළිබඳවත් ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කැඳවුම්කරු හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා විසින් දැනුවත් කිරීම සිදුකරන ලද අතර, ස්වයංපෝෂිත ක්‍රියාවලියේ අත්දැකීම් සහ ඉදිරි ක්‍රියාමාර්ගයන් පිළිබඳව ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකාරක විසින් පැහැදිලි කිරීම් කරන ලදී. 

මෙහි ඉදිරි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග සැලසුම් කිරීම සහ ස්ථීර කරගැනීම ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති සංවිධානයේ සම්බන්ධීකාරිණී සුබාෂිණී දීපා ව්සින්

සිදුකරන ලදී. ඉදිරි සැලසුම් සඳහා ලබාදුන් අත්පත්‍රිකා භාවිතා කරමින් තම කණ්ඩායමේ සාමාජිකාවන් දැනුවත් කිරීම, ඔවුන් සමග විග්‍රහයක් කර ගනිමින් ප්‍රදේශයේ සම්පත් හඳුනාගෙන අවශ්‍ය ස්වයං රැකියාවන් පිළිබඳව හඳුනා ගැනීමත්, ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය කරන පුහුණු යෝජනා කිරීම ඒ අතර වේ.

ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பின் தலைவிகளுக்கான இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி 22 ஜூலை 2024 அன்று அந்த அமைப்பின் அலுவலகத்தில் முப்பத்தேழு பேர் கொண்ட குழுவில் நடைபெற்றது. இதில் தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் அமைப்பாளர் திரு.ஹர்மன் குமார அவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு பேசினார். கூட்டுறவு அமைப்பின் ஆரம்பம் மற்றும் அதன் கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் தன்னிறைவு செயல்முறை பற்றி தெளிவுபடுத்தினார். 

பிரஜா அபிலாஷைகள் வலையமைப்பின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் மூலம் தன்னிறைவு செயல்முறையின் அனுபவம் மற்றும் திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் உறுதிப்படுத்தல் பற்றி விளக்கினார். அடுத்து எதிர்கால செயற்பாடுகள் தொடர்பாக ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் தெளிவு படுத்தினார். வழங்கப்பட்ட கையேடுகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி தங்கள் குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்குத் தெரியப்படுத்துவது, அவர்களுடன் பகுப்பாய்வு செய்து அப்பகுதியின் வளங்களைக் கண்டறிந்து தேவையான சுயதொழிலைக் கண்டறிந்து அதற்குத் தேவையான பயிற்சிகளை பரிந்துரைப்பதும் எதிர்காலத் திட்டங்களில் அடங்கும்.
