The general meeting of the Praja Abilasha was held at the NAFSO Auditorium on Wednesday, 13 June 2023. Coordinators and activists from 15 districts participated in this event. Mr. Priyankara Costa, Coordinator of Community Aspirations Network, presented the entire program and the financial report for the year 2022 as Community Aspirations Network was brought to the meeting by Mr. Manoj, Polonnaruwa District Coordinator. There was a discussion regarding the progressive measures taken and the programs implemented across the 15 districts as a community aspirational network and their respective districts.
National Convenor NAFSO, Mr. Harman Kumara, who is the Chairman of the Community Aspirations Network, discussed how the experience gained in 2022 will be implemented in the year 2023 through challenges through achievements.
The officers of the Community Aspirations Network for the year 2023 were also elected at this meeting.

ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ මහ සභා රැස්වීම ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගිතා ශ්‍රවණාගාරයේදී 2023 ජුනි මස 13 වන බදාදා දින පැවැත්විණ. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 කින් පැමිණි සම්බන්ධිකාරකවරුන් හා ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහභාගි වූහ. ප්‍රථමයෙන් මෙහිදි ආරම්භය ලබා ගනිමින් ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ සම්බන්ධිකාරක ප්‍රියංකර කොස්තා මහතා විසින් සමස්ත වැඩසටහන හා පිළිබඳව ඉදිරිපත් කළ අතර ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයක් ලෙස 2022 වර්ෂයේ මූල්‍ය වර්තාව පොළොන්නරුව දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධිකාරක මනෝජ් මහතා විසින් සභා ගත කරන ලදී.
ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලය ලෙස 2022 වර්ෂයේ ගමන් මඟ සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කළ අතර එහිදි ලබා ගත් ප්‍රගතිශීලි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදී එහිදි ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයක් ලෙස දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 පුරා ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ වැඩසටහන් සහ දිස්ත්‍රික්ක වශයෙන් ඔවුන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කරන ලදි. ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ සභාපතිවරයා වන වත්මන් ජාතික කැඳවුම්කාරතුමා හර්මන් කුමාර මහතා විසින් 2022 වර්ෂයේ ලබා ගත් අත්දැකීම් අභියෝග හරහා ජයග්‍රහණ තුළින් 2023 වර්ෂයේ තුළ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ආකාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් සාකච්ඡා කළ අතර 2023 වර්ෂය සඳහා ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ නිලධාරි මණ්ඩලය ද අභිනවයෙන් තෝරා පත් කර ගන්නා ලදී.
