 “කච්චතිව් දූපත පවරා ගැනීමේ ඉන්දියන් රජයේ උත්සය පරදවමු. ඉන්ධන අර්බුදයෙන් පීඩා විඳින ධීවරයින් සුරක්‍ෂිත කිරීමට වැඩපිළිවෙලක් සකසනු යන මැයෙන්” උතුරු පළාත් ධීවරයින්ගේ එකතුව හා ජාතික ධිවර සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරය එකාබද්ධව සංවිධාන කළ මාධ්‍ය සාකච්ඡාවක් යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ 2022 ජුනි මස 27 වන සඳුදා දින යාපනයේ යාල්පාඩි හෝටලයේදී පැවැත්විණ. වර්තමානයේ අර්බුදයක් ව පවතින ඉන්ධන හිඟය ධීවරයින්ගේ දෛනික දිවියට බලපාන ආකාරය පිළිබඳවත්, තහනම් පන්න භාවිතයෙන් මසුන් ඇල්ලීමත්, මන්නාරම් දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ ක්‍රියාත්මක වන සුළං බලය හා වැලි කැනීමේ ව්‍යාපෘතිය නිසා ධීවරයින්ට ඇති වී තිබෙන බලපෑම, උතුරේ ධීවර සංවිධානයේ වැදගත්කම, කාන්තාවන් මූලික ගැටලු, කච්චතිව් දූපත සම්බන්ධ ගැටලුව, වත්මන් දේශපාලන තත්ත්වය, ජන අරගල සහ මාධ්‍ය දායකත්වයේ වැදගත්කම යනාදී කරුණු මෙහිදි සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි. මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා එම් ආලම් මහතා ද මන්නාරමේ ඒ සංකර් කිලිනොච්චිහි, ජේ.ප්‍රැන්සිස් මහතා ද අච්චුතන් මහතා ද මුලතිව් හි තිලිබන් යාපනයේ සුබ්‍රමනියම් මහතා ද ව්‍යාපෘතියේ උතුරු පළාත් සම්බන්ධිකාරක  තඩ්සාජනි මෙනවිය ද යාපනය දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධිකාරක ඉන්බනාගම් මහතා ද ජාතික සහයෝගිතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ ව්‍යාපෘති කළමනාකරු ඇන්තනී ජේසුදාසන් මහතා ද යන අය විසින් මෙහිදි ඉහත කාරණා සම්බන්ධයෙන් අදහස් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමේන් දායකත්වය දක්වන ලදී.
