ගාල්ල දිස්ත්‍රික් දකුණේ ධීවර සංවිධානය විසින් මාසික පවත්වන ලද කාන්තා රැස්වීම 2021 අප්‍රියෙල් මස 06 වන දින හෙන්නාතොට ග්‍රාමයේදී පැවැත්විණි. කාන්තාවන්ට කිසිදු පුද්ගලයෙකු යටතේ යැපෙන්නියක් නොවී ස්වයං ශක්තියෙන් ස්වකීය ආර්ථිකය වර්ධනය කර ගත යුතු බවත් එසේ කාන්තාවක ලෙස තමන්ගේ ස්වයං ආර්ථිකය වර්ධනය කර ගන්නා ආකාරය සම්බන්ධයෙන් කාන්තා රැස්වීමේදී සාකච්ඡා වූහ. එමෙන්ම කාන්තාවන්ගේ ආර්ථිකය වර්ධනය කරනවායැයි පවසා කාන්තාවන් කබලෙන් ලිපට දමන ක්‍ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ආයතන සම්බන්ධයෙන් කාන්තාවන් නැගි සිටිය යුතු බව ගෙන්නාතොට කාන්තාවන්ගේ ස්ථාවරය වූහ.  මෙම අවස්ථාව සඳහා කාන්තාවන් 15 දෙනෙකු සම්බන්ධ වු අතර චන්න ද සිල්වා මහතා ද කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය නියෝජනය කරමින් සම්බන්ධ විය.

Galle conducted the monthly women meeting of Hennathota on 6 April 2021. The
meeting focused on the importance of developing the economic background of
women without depending on any person through self strength of the women. As
well as, it has concerned different income generation ways of the women that
can be developed further with an external support. The meeting has allocated
time to discuss the negative impact of the intervention of micro finance loan
institutions in the area. There were 15 women in the meeting and Mr.Channa De
Silva has facilitated the women meeting representing the organization.
