Discussion on the current situation of the land struggle of the Paanama people at the Sri Bodhirukkarama Temple, Paanama on 28 June 2022, පානම ජනතාවගේ ඉඩම් අරගලයේ වත්මන් තත්ත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් පැවති සාකච්ඡාව පානම ශ්‍රී බෝධිරුක්ඛාරාම විහාරස්ථානය ,2022 ජුනි මස 28 වන දින
A discussion was
held with the same people at Paanama temple on 28th June 2022. People’s leaders
of Ragamwela Shastravela, Ul Passa, Egoda village participated in the program
and discussed the current political economic and social issues. Somasiri also
explained the current situation of the current land struggle. An explanation of
the current situation of the case for the land struggle was also discussed and
future actions were also discussed. Accordingly everyone took responsibility
for the following agreements and proposed to execute the tasks within the next
two months.. According to that
1. Mr.Somasiri and team took the responsibility to rearrange
the name list of those who do not currently have lands in Shastravela and
Ragamwela.
2. Also proposed to
start cultivation of land based on existing economic problems.
3- The people of
Ragamwela and Shastrawela were decided to hold two meetings under the
leadership of the Big Thero.
4- It was also
proposed to form a letter requesting land treasurers to expedite licensing of
the land, including the regional secretary.
5-Also, it was
proposed to discuss with the lawyer through ZOOM technology at 2:30 pm.
25 leaders of the
above villages including the honorable lord of the Panama temple participated
in the program. The programme was conducted by Piyankara Kosta, coordinator of
Community Ambition Network and all Mr. Francis Rajan Malinga and Mr. Isadine.
2022 ජුනි මස 28 වන දින පානම පන්සලේදී එම ජනතාව සමඟ සමඟ සාකච්ඡාවක් පවත්වන ලදී .රාගම්වෙල ශාස්ත්‍රවෙල උල් පස්ස එගොඩ එයා ය යන ගම්මානවල ජනතා නායකයින් මෙම වැඩසටහන සඳහා සහභාගි වූ අතර වර්තමානයේ පවතින දේශපාලන ආර්ථික සමාජීය ගැටලු පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡාවක් සිදු කිරීම කරන ලදී .
ඉන්පසුව දැනට පවතින ඉඩම් අරගලයේ වර්තමාන තත්ත්වය ද සෝමසිරි විසින් පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් කරන ලදී .මෙම ඉඩම් අරගලය වෙනුවෙන් දැනට ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙන්න නඩුවේ වර්තමාන තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳව ද පැහැදිලි කිරීමක් සිදු කළ අතර ඉදිරි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳව ද සාකච්ඡාවක් කරන ලදී .ඒ අනුව පහත සඳහන් එකඟතාවයන් වලට සියලු දෙනාම වගකීම භාර ගත් අතර එම කාර්යයන් ඉදිරි මාස දෙක ඇතුළත ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට ද යෝජනා විය. ඒ අනුව
1. දැනට ශාස්ත්‍රවෙල සහ රාගම්වෙල ඉඩම් ඉඩම් නොමැති අයගේ නාම ලේඛනය නැවත සකස් කිරීමට වගකීම සෝමසිරි සහෝදරයා ඇතුළු කණ්ඩායම භාර ගන්නා ලදී .
2.එමෙන්ම දැනට පවතින ආර්ථිකමය ගැටලූ පදනම් කරගනිමින් එම ඉඩම ගනිමින් එම ඉඩම්වල වගා කිරීම ආරම්භ කිරීමටද යෝජනා විය .
3-රාගම්වෙල හා ශාස්ත්‍රවෙල ජනතාව ඒකරාශී කොට ලොකු හාමුදුරුවන්ගේ නායකත්වයෙන් රැස්වීම් දෙකක් පැවැත්වීමට ද තීන්දු කරන ලදී .
4-ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම්තුමා ඇතුළු ඉඩම් නිදන් නිලධාරීන්ට එම ඉඩම් නිදහස් කොට බලපත්‍ර ලබාදීම කඩිනම් කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා ලිපියක් සකස් කිරීමට ද කිරීමටද යෝජනා විය .
5-ඊට අමතරව තිස් වැනිදා සවස දෙකයි තිහට room තාක්ෂණය ඔස්සේ නීතිඥ මහත්මා සමග සමගද සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට යෝජනා කරන ලදී .
පානම පන්සලේ ගෞරවනීය ගෞරවනීය ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ ඇතුළු ඉහත සඳහන් ගම්මාන වල නායකයින් 25 දෙනෙකු මෙම වැඩසටහනට සහභාගී විය .මෙම වැඩසටහන ප්‍රජා අභිලාෂ ජාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකාරක පියංකර කොස්තා මෙහෙයවීම සිදු කළ අතර සජීව චාමිකර ,ප්‍රැන්සිස් රාජන් ප්‍රියංකර කොස්තා මාලින්ග යන පිරිස විසින් සහ ඉසඩීන් මහතා යන සියලු දෙනාම මෙම වැඩසටහන පෝෂණය කරන ලදී .
