Mailady home garden

Milady
women have developed home gardens in their own lands. Developing home garden
has become a part of the life of the people in many places of the country.
National Fisheries Solidarity Movement also promoted home garden providing
facilities for that in 15 districts. NAFSO provided the seeds for the families.
Mrs. Vigitha is one of the members of the women group in Milady, Jaffna. She
has developed the home garden as well under the supervision of Jaffna District
Fisheries Solidarity. The women are taking healthy and fresh vegetable from
their gardens.
